Acknowledgment

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of MokuField and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Early Access Platform

MokuField is currently in early access development. Features, pricing, functionality, and these Terms may change without notice. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept this dynamic development environment.

Definitions

Account - A unique account created for You or Your organization to access our Service and manage Your subscription.

Authorized Users - Individuals authorized by You to use the Service under Your Account.

Company - MokuHub LLC, 0105, Georgia, Tbilisi, Chugureti district, Mikheil Tsinamdzgvrishvili street, N 52, attic.

Customer Data - All data that You or Your Authorized Users submit to the Service.

Field Worker - An Authorized User who uses the mobile application to perform field service tasks.

Service - The MokuField platform, including the website, web application, mobile applications, and all associated APIs and services.

Subscription - The selected service tier that determines features, limits, and pricing.

Tenant - An isolated workspace where Your organization's data is securely separated from other customers.

Service Description

MokuHub provides field service management solutions through our MokuField platform, including:

  • Multi-tenant field service management system
  • Work order creation, assignment, and lifecycle management
  • Service scheduling and dispatch optimization
  • Real-time field worker tracking and status updates
  • Field technician mobile applications with offline support
  • Customer and site management
  • Photo and signature capture for work documentation
  • Reporting and analytics dashboards
  • API access for integrations

Early Access: Our services are in active development. Features listed above may be incomplete, under development, or subject to modification. Some features may be added or removed without prior notice during the early access phase.

User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering
  • Maintain the security of your Account credentials
  • Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for legitimate field service management only
  • Ensure Your Authorized Users comply with these Terms
  • Not exceed the usage limits of Your Subscription

Mobile Application Terms

Mobile App Features

The MokuField mobile application provides Field Workers with:

  • Work order management and status updates
  • GPS-based location tracking for dispatch optimization
  • Real-time navigation and routing
  • Photo and signature capture for documentation
  • Offline data storage and synchronization
  • Push notifications for real-time updates

Device Permissions

By installing the mobile application, you authorize MokuField to:

  • Access device location (GPS): For tracking, routing, and geofencing during work hours
  • Access camera: For photo documentation of work orders
  • Access storage: For offline data caching and media storage
  • Send push notifications: For work order updates and alerts

Subscription Terms

Service Tiers

Free Tier

Basic features with limited users on shared infrastructure

Professional Tier

Full features with increased user limits and priority support

Enterprise Tier

Dedicated resources, custom SLAs, premium support

Note: Pricing and features are subject to change. Current pricing, if available, can be found at mokufield.com/pricing. During early access, pricing models may be adjusted without prior notice.

Billing

  • Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually as selected
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time during early access
  • For established subscriptions, we will provide at least 30 days notice of material pricing changes
  • Failure to pay may result in immediate service suspension

Multi-Tenant Architecture

Data Isolation

MokuField operates on a secure multi-tenant architecture where each customer's data is logically isolated through:

  • Database-level row security (PostgreSQL RLS)
  • Tenant-specific subdomain access ({account}.mokufield.com)
  • Automatic tenant context enforcement
  • Role-based access controls within each Tenant

Your business data is never accessible to other MokuField customers. We implement technical controls to prevent cross-tenant data access.

Data Ownership & Usage

Your Data

You retain ownership of all Customer Data you input into MokuField. We do not claim any ownership rights to Your Customer Data.

License to Process Your Data

By using the Service, You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit Your Customer Data solely for providing the Service to You.

Data Export

You may export Your Customer Data at any time through the application's export features in standard formats (CSV, JSON).

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with the following third-party providers:

  • Google Maps: For mapping, geocoding, and route optimization
  • Brevo: For email communications and notifications
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): For cloud infrastructure and data storage
  • OVH: For hosting and infrastructure services

Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. The Company has no control over third-party services.

Early Access & Beta Terms

Early Access Platform Notice

MokuField is currently in early access development. The entire platform and all features may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to significant changes without notice.

By using the early access Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Features are provided "as-is" and may not function as described or expected
  • Features may be modified, discontinued, or removed at any time without notice or liability
  • Data loss may occur; you are responsible for maintaining backups
  • Service availability and performance are not guaranteed
  • Support may be limited or unavailable during early access
  • Bugs, errors, and security vulnerabilities may exist
  • The platform should not be used for mission-critical operations during early access

You assume all risks associated with using an early access platform. The Company shall have no liability for any issues arising from the developmental state of the Service.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee any level of service availability or uptime, particularly during the early access phase. The Service may experience:

  • Frequent or extended downtime without notice
  • Planned and unplanned maintenance windows
  • System updates that may disrupt service
  • Performance degradation or slowdowns
  • Complete service unavailability at any time

For Enterprise customers, specific uptime commitments may be included in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA), subject to availability and Company approval.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate Your Account at any time by canceling Your Subscription or contacting us at legal@mokuhub.com.

Termination by Company

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately if You breach these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees.

Effect of Termination

  • Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
  • You will have 30 days to export Your Customer Data
  • After 30 days, Your Customer Data will be permanently deleted
  • Any outstanding fees become immediately due

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the entire liability of the Company shall be limited to the greater of:

  • The amount actually paid by You during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or
  • 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service

The Company shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages including, but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to data
  • Business interruption or operational downtime
  • Costs of procurement of substitute services
  • Any damages arising from early access use, bugs, errors, or service unavailability
  • Reliance on the Service for mission-critical operations
  • Any damages caused by third-party services or integrations

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • Any warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or be error-free
  • Any warranty of uninterrupted, timely, secure, or available service
  • Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of data or content
  • Any warranty that defects will be corrected
  • Any warranty regarding GPS accuracy, location tracking, or navigation features
  • Any warranty regarding data backup, recovery, or preservation

You acknowledge that use of an early access platform carries inherent risks and you assume all such risks. No oral or written information or advice given by the Company shall create any warranty.

Governing Law

The laws of Georgia, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute, You agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting us at legal@mokuhub.com. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Georgian International Arbitration Centre.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material revisions will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms.
