At MokuHub, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our products, including MokuField and MokuBot. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to a fair refund process.

Initial Subscriptions

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all initial subscriptions to our services. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Subscription Renewals

We do not offer refunds for subscription renewals. To avoid being charged for a renewal, you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.

To request a refund regarding your initial subscription purchase, please contact our support team at support@mokuhub.com.

Please include your order number and the email address associated with your account in your request.

Paddle's Role

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refunds are processed at Paddle's sole discretion and in accordance with their terms of service. We work closely with Paddle to ensure fair treatment for all our customers.
